These terms and conditions govern all sales made by Piorama through the website Piorama.co. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, overriding any other applicable conditions.

1. Ordering with Piorama

Order Confirmation: By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions. Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you with the option to cancel.

Payment Methods: We accept VISA, MasterCard, and PayPal. All transactions use 3D-Secure security and SSL encryption. We do not store card numbers after transactions.

Pricing: All prices are in USD. Prices may change, and product availability is subject to stock levels, including after an order is placed. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for customs, duties, and taxes.

2. Returns & Warranty

Returns & Exchanges: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers must cover return shipping costs and provide tracking. Products must be in new condition with original tags; used or damaged items may be rejected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding taxes. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Warranty: All Piorama products have a 3-year limited warranty covering material and workmanship defects, excluding linings and damage from misuse. For international orders, customers must cover shipping costs for replacements or repairs.

Clearance or heavily discounted products are non-refundable and exempt from our standard warranty.

3. Shipping

All shipments include tracking. Once shipped, we will provide tracking details.

Estimated delivery times:

• USA: 3-7 business days

• Canada: 5-10 business days

• Europe & Asia: 4-12 business days

• Other regions: 7-15 business days

4. Product Availability

Stock levels vary, and restocking may take up to 4 weeks.

By posting content using #Piorama or other branded

hashtags, you grant Piorama and its partners a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and modify the content for marketing purposes. You confirm you own the content and release Piorama from any liability.
